Jeff Magoteaux, Realtor

Jeff Magoteaux has been a Realtor® since 2003.  He is known and respected in the central Ohio real estate market,and his clients value his honesty, integrity and expertise.  He is an expert in the area for residential homes on acreage and horse properties, as well as the many subdivisions in and around central Ohio.  Beyond getting the job done for his clients, Jeff provides uncompromised customer service, as over 99% of those clients stated in post sale surveys that the ‘Cowboy’  exceeded their overall expectations in all areas including communication, professionalism and knowledge.

 Michelle Staten, Transaction Coordinator

Michelle has been assisting Jim with his Real Estate career since 2001.  She has an extensive background in customer service and assists with procedures such as print & internet marketing and again between contract and closing. Michelle handles the detailed tasks required to close on your property. She is responsible for the administrative duties for the team including marketing and listing procedures.  She is also responsible for creating the marketing plans for the team, producing high quality brochures, flyers, advertising, direct mail, public relations, printed materials and managing all the real estate web sites where your home will appear. The Staten Team's ultimate goal is to offer state of the art technology to help market your home.
