Michelle Staten, Transaction Coordinator
Michelle has been assisting Jim with his Real Estate career since 2001. She has an extensive background in customer service and assists with procedures between contract and closing. Michelle handles the detailed tasks required to close on your property. She is responsible for the administrative duties for the team including marketing and listing procedures. She is also responsible for creating the marketing plans for the team, producing high quality brochures, flyers, advertising, direct mail, public relations, printed materials and managing all the real estate web sites where your home will appear. The Staten Team's ultimate goal is to offer state of the art technology to help market your home.
